Found on a Bourne website, be careful who you leave your dogs with 😬
To anyone who recommended Amy brown from claws and paws pet care please invest in cameras with sound! We had Amy come have our 2 frenchies from the 2/1/2026 and was supposed to be there until 5/1/2026 however have sent her home this morning when I could finally get someone to go there and take over after the way she treated 1 of my dogs, the 2 visits prior with Amy went really well and we felt comfortable with her however that quickly changed and we will now not trust anyone with our dogs because of how deceiving people can be. If we wasn’t hours away we would’ve been home yesterday to our dogs after the way they were treated, we received none of the care we was promised by Amy. We have a male frenchie Called beau and a female frenchie called bear. Although beau can get excited at first he soon settles down and is just an old lazy man, Amy was aware of this from me telling her and our 2 previous visits. Beau was called all kinds of names and treated a lot differently to bear. He was also dragged off of the sofa by his neck which amy admitted on the phone to me and told me this is her way of discipline because he was trying to dominate bear however he had been licking her ear for around 20 minutes whilst Amy was sat there and said nothing then randomly got up calling him a prick and done this! They were also only let out of their crates for 40 minutes to eat, all day until 2:30pm when I messaged Amy asking when she would be back as they were crying to be told she was actually upstairs this whole time, she did say how she was upset due to a bereavement of her cat, however my dogs are perfectly fine to be left out downstairs alone, which I made clear, they are only put in their crates at bedtime or if she had to go out so this was obviously very different and confusing for them as they are normally only in there during the night but instead were locked up all day but could hear amy upstairs. I also believe if I didn’t message Amy, they would’ve been in there a lot longer with no communication, no access to water or be able to go toilet. Amy was then seen favouriting Bear again when she threw a carrot she was eating to bear who would not eat it and then when beau went to get it she called him a c**t and the verbal abuse he received is awful I would never speak to anyone’s pets this way.
This is just to make people aware and to invest in cameras with audio if they have someone they don’t know in their house especially if they are the person trusted to look after their loved ones. We also heard Amy slating us for how our dogs were trained because I told her beau was babied when he was younger, I was a young girl when I got beau going through a rough time and he was my soul dog who was babied and I have done a lot of work with beau to be able to crate train him and so on as I have now had a baby and this is best for him to have his own space and safest for my baby as beau is very loving sometimes too loving and just wants to be with you 24/7 so to hear her talk about me the way she did about the way I’ve treated my dogs was awful all because he got excited and made his frenchie cry noise to finally get out of his crate after being in it all day. Beau does this noise everytime he comes out of his crate because he’s happy to see you and excited however he was then teased as Amy let bear out and was fussing her infront of him but constantly opening beaus crate but telling him he couldn’t leave and locking it again and telling him he’s not coming out until he ‘stops shouting at her’ and this went on for about 5 minutes each time when he was probably just excited to get out finally and go for a wee or be allowed to go in the living room which is his happy place. My cameras are baby monitors without SD cards so unfortunately did not record and save any of this but seeing your babies go through this and no way of helping them or comforting them is absolutely heart breaking and I wouldn’t wish that feeling on anybody! So once again please if you have someone in your house especially someone trusted with your babies happiness and lives please please invest in cameras with audio and preferably ones that record so you have proof as I now don’t have proof but Amy did admit in messages leaving them locked up for hours on end and admitted on the phone to dragging beau off of the sofa by his neck as ‘her way of discipline’

These dogs are my babies and I’m currently heart broken and feeling very guilty for the treatment they’ve received mainly yesterday :(((
