Twas the night before Christmas,
And all through the house,
Not a creature was stirring,
Not even a mouse!

But out of the dark,
With the twinkle of light,
A wet nose appeared,
And came into sight!

With a wag of the tail,
And eyes so bright,
Jumping around his boots
With such excitement and delight!

Had Santa come early?
To bring me sweets and candy!
With another big sniff,
I am so happy it is my Andy!!
