All walks were cancelled today it was 22/23° at 7am I have lost money today but welfare of the dogs are always my main priority.
Please dont be a fool and walk your dogs today!

I would also say that the 10am-6pm is a guide and to still use common sense. It’s still expected to be 23degrees at 6pm which is still potentially dangerous for some dogs.
