Keely has asked me to write a little post on her behalf.

Many of you will know that Keely has been away celebrating her 50th birthday with family and friends. Sadly, whilst she was away, she received a phone call that no dog owner ever wants to receive.

Her beloved Stuart, the little Jack Russell who was the face of Hillcroft Bark and known and loved by so many, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly.

Although Stu was small in stature, he had the biggest personality and left paw prints on the hearts of everyone who met him. He wasn’t just a dog, he was family, and the loss has been devastating for Keely and those who loved him.

As you can imagine, Keely has returned home heartbroken and is taking some time to process this sudden loss. At the moment she isn’t able to reply to messages, so she asks for your patience and understanding.

With the hot weather upon us, I know many people will be keen to book grooming appointments for their dogs. I would kindly ask that you give Keely a little time and space to grieve before contacting her where possible.
She is slowly working her way through your messages and thanks you for your patience.

We’ll be taking all ready-made stock off the website on Sunday as we prepare to head to Crufts on Wednesday.
