🌟 Help us improve communication in health and care.
We need your help to make sure our health and care teams communicate better with residents.

If you live in Staffordshire and fit any of the following, we want to hear from you:
• receive support from Staffordshire County Council
• are a carer or family member of someone who uses our support services
• don't speak English as your first language
• need information in alternative formats e.g. Easy Read or British Sign Language (BSL)
• Are neurodiverse or autistic

Join our meetings, to help us create accessible information. This is known as co-production.
Your ideas and experiences can make a big difference in ensuring our services are clear, accurate, and useful for everyone.

🚍 Help make Staffordshire's public transport better!

We need people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, neurodivergence (like autism), or long-term sensory conditions (like sight or hearing loss) to join our meetings. Your ideas and experiences can help make public transport easier for everyone!

📢Calling all families registered with Aiming High, did you know we are running a Family Fun Day at The Wolseley Centre in a few weekends time?📢

🌸There will be activities both indoors and outdoors in our Learning Hub building, rain garden and outdoor classroom. Come and take part in anything from wild yoga, bushcraft, minibeast hunting to natural crafts and anything else in between!

Aiming High supports and provides children with SEND and their families free places on this and many other events in the local area for free. Event| Adult Social Care Carers Forum: Re-launch invitation

📍 Staffordshire Place 1, Tipping Street, Stafford.
The parent/carer led Forum is refreshing its approach and looking for new members. It invites any parent or carer of an adult with a learning disability and/or autism who is receiving a Care Service in Staffordshire to join them and work with the council to make positive changes.

Next Monday we will be at Tucklesholme Nature Reserve for a Wild Walk and Draw for children with additional needs. If you are are registered with Aiming High there is still time to book on.

🦋A session specifically for children with additional needs.
🥾Join us for a creative explore of Tucklesholme Nature Reserve. We'll pass out paper and clipboards before participants choose what art materials they'd like to use. We provide some prompts, but you can choose your own subjects to draw and doodle, too
