Can't rate these guys highly enough !!! My boy, Wrex became very ill when I went abroad. The Kozzee team noticed a change in his behaviour immediately. They contacted me and we were able to get his seen by a vet very quickly. He was diagnosed with a non-contagious, genetic form of Meningitis. We were advised that the timing with this condition was crucial (24 hour window). The rate of fatality and neurological damage would increase the longer he not diagnosed and treated. If the team had not been so quick to notice the change in his behaviour and acted on their gut feeling so quickly, we were told he would have likely died. He is now on a long, steady road to recovery, with hopes that he will now live a full and healthy life. I cannot thank this team enough ! I cannot rate their attention to detail and understanding of the dogs in their care. I fear that this could have easy been overlooked in a less attentive environment. Anyone can look after your dog..... but you cant overlook the importance of experience. These guys are very experienced and just 'knew' something was wrong. I will never go anywhere else again. I wouldn't trust my dogs life in anyone else's hands now. Thank you so much.

We have had another exciting and successful year we have achieved full 5 stars along with lower risk and higher standards from our animal health check. And our NEW hydro air conditioning system has proven to be very successful during the hot summer days/nights keeping the dogs relaxed and comfortable
