On another note, Poll the shop parrot is ok, hes upstairs as was poorly a few weeks ago. Hes ok now and will be down again soon. I know a few of you have asked about him. Hes 39 years old this christmas and only been unwell 3 times in his life so doing ok.

Hi all... anyone booked in for next few days during heatwave.. just to reasure everyone I have cold blow on my dryers so dogs will not over heat.. but will probable still be damp on collection . Will provide iced water (although they very rarely drink while with me)

Hi everyone.... with sadness we now have to close following an update : grooming should only be for animals wefare. Welfare reasons could include veterinary advice for a skin condition or excessive matting causing pet discomfort. Routine grooming can be delayed without affecting pets welfare untill the national lockdown is eased so should be put off.

We will get in touch with all customers that
have apppointments booked.
