Super evening out last night taking some of the horses to a dressage competition.
Mea and Millie coming 5th in their first novice
Jemima and Albert coming 2nd in their first prelim
Ellie and Ozzy coming 4th in prelim and 2nd in their first novice
Cat and Matilda coming 1st in their first prelim and 4th in their first novice
All qualifying for the championships on the 20th sept

Thank you always to Sharon for allowing us to take the young horses out to gain valuable experience and to see the world 🐴

Willow and Lacey are settling well and have become best friends while isolating together 🥰

Successful morning for our first ever arena eventing competition we beat the heat and got everyone round successfully.

Well done to some of our young riders also giving it a go and jumping some of the biggest fences they have done 🎉🐎

Yesterday we welcomed two new girls to team hilltop

Lacey 4 the chestnut and willow 3 the grey

Lacey needs a little bit of tlc and time to fill out and gain some weight

Both youngsters ready to bring on and produce for the riding school

They are isolating currently to make sure they haven’t brought any illness in with them so please can we ask you to welcome them from a distance until they are ready to say hello

Maybe this time we will try to bring you all along on the journey to show you how much work goes into producing horses ready for riding ☺️

Last week we waved these three beautiful boys off to their new life with their mummies 🫶🏼

Thank you for loaning us your beautiful horses for the last two years, they have taught our riders lots and cherish the time we’ve cared for them

Update for arena eventing on Thursday

As we are due another super hot day ☀️ we have decided to bring the time forward for this event. It will now be held at 8:00-11:00

Please bring lots of drink with you we will also have some drinks available if anyone runs out
Please also top up on suncream ☀️

We hope this time change is ok for everyone but we need to do what’s best for the horses and riders without disappointing you all ☺️

We look forward to seeing you all on Thursday

Pony camp 2026 over and out

What a fantastic week we’ve had with a super bunch of young riders who have all worked so hard on doing new things and building confidence in all they have been taking part in.

From dressage to drill rides, show jumping to cross country they have done it all and given it 1000% even the soaking of staff on the super hot day 😂

We hope you’ve all had a fantastic time and we hope you’ll all be returning next year 🐎
