I would like to introduce Sandy,

my beautiful little chihuahua who is very good at playing hide and seek when it comes to work time ! She is super tiny and old ! She does have to come first I cannot leave her out just incase.

Please bare with me once knocking or ringing the bell, usually I will be chasing this one up and down the garden or getting stuck under furniture to catch her🙈

I would also like to just remind everyone that I am a small business, we do not get company benefits, discounts, sick or holiday pay so when we get a select few clients who chose not to pay us we are at a full loss. We use our products, equipment, water and electricity that we pay ourselves. No company is doing this for us. It really does have an effect on us.

All new clients will be asked to pay a 50% deposit on the day of booking and the remainder on the day of the appointment. Unfortunately due to non payments in December with new clients I have to put this in place.
I would also like to announce that all mobile clients will now be required to pay via bank transfer before I arrive for the appointment. Again this is due to non payments so I apologise to those who have always paid on time.

I look forward to seeing all your fur baby’s back this year and hopefully some new faces 🐾 🛁 ❤️
