Very sad having to stop Toby’s Dayacre after nearly 3 years beginning of June; due to he’s age and needing a quieter environment for him.
This week I woke to find out he has passed over the rainbow was even sadder.
Toby thank you for being part of our family and your woof-mans for trusting us to care for you over the years. You are missed, sleep tight buddy. 😢

‼️💦Cambridge water have sent an email to say they have implemented a hose pipe ban due to the ongoing extreme heat!

I would like to reassure our clients that I have spoken to Cambridge water and as a business working from home with animals we are allowed to fill our dog pool and use the sprinkler mat and continue to clean our artificial grass!
Phew! Nearly had to close! 🤯

Our doggies can continue to cool off their paws in the pool still 🥰💦

🔔 EXCITING UPDATE! 🔔
🚨New Business alert!!!🚨

As well as lots of improvements to our home this year; adding two dogs rooms and an extra garden we have now decided to split the business so I can concentrate just on my daycare and boarding at our home.

🐾Nick has now named he’s business “ Trails, tails & Visits”

🌞 How I’ve been keeping my doggies cool in this heat wave:
Floor fans, pool out, sprinkler splash mat out, large parasols up, air-con unit on, water changed every 30mins to keep fresh. No walks when temp reaches 24c, play time monitored so dogs don’t over heat, lots of shaded areas in both gardens, cool damp towels on the floor and cool mats, cool jackets on, indoor relaxation music on for when my dogs want to cool down In front of the fans.
So far we have been successful in no signs of heatstroke, just more day today of this heat and then back to our daily walks!!! I miss my walks so much with my pack of Pawsome buddies 🐾☺️
