This August in North Norfolk, I’m hosting an exclusive 4-day intensive training camp designed specifically for Border Collies and the people who love them.
If you’ve ever wished you had the time, space and expert guidance to truly understand your collie and unlock their full potential — this is your moment.
Over four days, you’ll work alongside me — The Border Collie Trainer — to deepen your knowledge, sharpen your skills, and build a partnership with your collie that feels effortless, confident and connected.
By the end of camp, you won’t just have learned new skills.
You’ll see your collie differently — and they’ll work with you differently too.
“What Makes Collie Camp Different?”
Border Collies are quick-thinking, fast-acting, highly intelligent dogs with incredible stamina and instinct.
They’re brilliant… and sometimes brilliantly challenging.
At Collie Camp we explore:
• Why they struggle to not work
• Why distractions override their hearing
• Why movement triggers chasing
• Why they’re always thinking
And most importantly — how to work with those instincts, not against them.
“What will we Work On?”
We’ll cover:
• Lead walking
• Walking around other dogs
• Traffic exposure skills
• Reliable recall
• Managing chasing behaviours (animals & cars)
• Working around distractions
Plus exciting skill development including:
• Mantrailing (finding missing people)
• Scentwork training
• Sheepballs® — giving your collie a powerful outlet for their innate instincts
• Opportunities to work around my dogs and sheep
There will also be plenty of time for discussion, questions and deeper understanding throughout the camp.
Whether your collie:
• Needs space away from other dogs

My private North Norfolk venue has secure enclosed training areas, flexible setups, and no neighbours — so we can work in the way that suits your dog best.

Each day includes:
Morning Session: 10:00 – 12:30
Afternoon Session: 2:00 – 4:30
Limited to Just 6 Collies
This ensures:
• Individual attention

When the six places are gone, they’re gone.
£349 per collie for all 4 days

• £50 non-refundable deposit
• Balance of £299 due by 29 May
Accommodation
There is no camping on site, but North Norfolk is a beautiful and popular holiday destination with plenty of accommodation options nearby.
FAQs
Can I bring a partner?
Yes — if they’re involved in training your collie. It makes sense to learn together.
Can I bring more than one collie?
Yes, but each collie requires their own booked place.
Can I bring another dog who isn’t training?
Unfortunately not.
What do I need to bring?
Lead, collar/harness, treats, and your lunch.
Pubs and supermarkets are 5 minutes away.
How to Book
