I had to update my policy due to a few issues and the economical with fuel costs etc.

Dogs found with fleas will have a flea bath and my van then has to be flea bombed before going to my next customer. This incurs £10 extra charge.

Not home when I turn up on your arranged schedule appointment has a minimum £10 charge but can be more depending on the distance I’ve traveled to you.

Ears, I no longer pluck ears due to it’s not good practice if the dog has underline ear problems.

If I feel your dog is unwell, in pain or discomfort I will stop the groom. I will not groom your dog until it has been to the vet’s and is a happier dog 🐶

Missed appointments rolling over to the next appointment has a £10 extra charge.

If you are unhappy with this I understand if you look elsewhere for another groomer.

Hello everyone, my name is Narla, as you can see I’m a lovely large St Bernard looking for my forever home!

I was brought to the centre through no fault of my own, the team have all fallen in love with me and all my slobber! I can be worried by new people to begin with but once I get to know you I am such a cuddly and affectionate girl that still thinks I am a lap dog. If I fits I sits right!

I am going to need multiple meets at the centre and in the home so I know we will be the best of friends. I will need a family that has experience with large breeds but also experience with nervous dogs that can bark and lunge when worried. I may be a big girl but I am a sensitive soul really.

I would love my family to be around for most of the day and not leave me for more than 2 hours whilst I settle in, this could be built up over time. I can live with children Key Stage 4 and above, as long as we can make friends here at the centre first, and I would like to be the only pet in household.

I love running around and playing with my toys, so a secure garden with at least 6ft fences would be perfect.
