❤️🩹Another Poorly Puppy!❤️🩹
🪑Poor little Mindy the Shihtzu puppy, fell off a bar stool on Bank Holiday Monday & is our 3rd animal admitted in the last 3 weeks with a broken leg! Mindy’s owners were unable to pay for her veterinary treatment and so signed her over and she is now in our care.
🩺 The vets determined Mindy had suffered multiple greenstick fractures in her hind leg. Treatment for this kind of injury involves STRICT crate rest which is very challenging for a puppy. We are keeping her as still as we can so that she heals.

💚 Mindy is not ready to be rehomed just yet, but if everything heals as expected she should be frolicking with her forever family in a few weeks!
