In the event that you dogs coat needs to be clipped off (clipped extremely short) to release it from the skin, due to being in bad condition. Canine Divine Grooming is not liable for any injury or post grooming affects resulting from this high risk procedure. bald arears of skin or any post procedure veterinary care needed. Any humane de-matting (brushing out matts) will be undertaken solely at my discretion, in compliance with the animal welfare act of 2006. de-matting is limited to 15 minutes and is only possible if the matting is minimal. Ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning
The teeth cleaning is a very affective way to remove tartar from you dogs teeth and improve oral health however. It is not a replacement for dental check at the vets and cannot guarantee the you dog will never need to have a dental appointment at the vets. The ultrasonic teeth cleaning can not be carried out on wobbly teeth. Bad/Difficult Behaviour
If your dog doesn't like being groomed, and I feel their behaviour is a health and safety risk for either me or your dog. For example your dog is getting extremely stressed, Jumping around or aggressive. You may be asked to assist me in keeping your dog calm and still, so I can work safely using the sharp equipment (clippers/scissors). In this situation I reserve the right to end the groom at any point. The full appointment price will be charged. Canine Divine Grooming is not liable for any injury's that happen through your dogs bad/difficult behaviour.
