Good evening,

Sadly I am having to write a post regarding no shows and last minute cancellations.

Our policy is no shows and cancellations with in 24 hours pay £20 to cover appointment which they have not attended or cannot make.

We try our very best to move people to accommodate if times or days need changing and understand that situations arise which can cause bringing your dog to be difficult or if not impossible.

Recently we have had a lot of no shows which within the past two weeks have caused in total a full days appointments to have been wasted.

We do have to charge the £20 to cover the loss of wages to the business as even though we have a job we love, this is also our livelihood, the business overheads, mortgage, bills and a family.

Please don’t take this personally as we do have to charge this to everyone. If we didn’t have to we wouldn’t!

We hope everyone understands and if you can not make your appointment please let us know with as much time as you can and we can sort this for you, with so many lovely clients who are willing to work alongside us to make the business as suitable for everyone as we can 💓
