This recent heat has everyone finding their favourite chill spots, whether it’s chilling on your bed enjoying a nice cool bone like Enzo or claiming a cardboard box for the ultimate cat nap like Gus🤍✨

As it’s starting to get warmer, it’s important to keep our dogs safe, cool, and hydrated during walks 🐾☀️

At Furtastic Dog Walking & Pet Services, your dog’s wellbeing will always come first. From avoiding hot pavements and peak temperatures to carrying fresh water and using cooling aids, small changes can make a big difference during warm weather🐾✨

Due to the warm weather, anyone looking to book in with me for a dog walk, I will not be walking between 11am and 3pm due to these being peak temperature times!🩷

We’ve had a delivery!! When I am out walking your furry friends, safety and comfort will always be my main priority🤍Here a a few essentials I have:

✨🐾Halti head collar: these are amazing for dogs who may pull on the lead, they help to make walks more safe and enjoyable for both you and your dog!

✨🐾Treats: using high quality treats keeps the dogs attention, they are perfect for rewarding good behaviour, to reinforce training and to help build a trusting relationship with every dog!

✨🐾Dog seatbelt: these are great for keeping your dogs safe and secure during their journey to and from walks and visits!

✨🐾Dog trackers: when walking I will be attaching a tracker to your dog’s collar or harness which I can track from my phone. This is for extra peace of mind and safety, at the end of each walk I will take the trackers back!

Hey everyone! I’m Kyra. I am fully insured, DBS cleared and have a Level 3 animal care & management qualification. Over the last few years I have volunteered with groomers who support dogs with additional needs, I have done many weeks of work experience in Freiston Vets and I currently work at Fensever boarding kennels in Holbeach! I can’t wait to see where this new journey leads to and I appreciate all the support along the way🤍
