It's a hot forecast this week.
If you or your dog are struggling in the heat and worry about travelling to and from your appointment, please just let me know and we will reschedule your appointment.
I will be moving appointments to try and avoid the hottest temperatures.
Elderly and brachycephalic dogs will be rescheduled for safety reason

For anyone wondering what sets my grooming apart: every dog in my care is groomed restraint-free, crate-free, and entirely consent-based. No props, no rushing, no treating dogs like trophies — just calm, patient, 1-to-1 sessions built around what your dog is comfortable with. That's always been my approach, because trust has to go both ways.
One thing worth knowing:
once a dog has been groomed elsewhere, I'm often unable to take them back on because I won't know what they associate with the process they have had and rebuilding that trust safely takes time which I can't always guarantee with a full diary. It's not personal, it's about keeping every dog's experience calm and predictable being consent based. 🐾
