Bonnie did so well during her pamper session and left looking fresh, fluffy, and feeling so much more comfortable in that gorgeous coat of hers ☁️🐶✂️🫧

💡 Chow Chow Grooming Facts:
🪮 Chow Chows have a very thick double coat, which means regular brushing and professional grooming are super important to prevent matting and compacted fur.
🌸 Their dense coat can trap dirt, moisture, and loose undercoat if not maintained properly.
✨ Regular deshedding helps keep their skin healthy and keeps them feeling much more comfortable , especially during coat change seasons!

🌸🐾 Everyone Meet Lady! 🐾🌸

This gorgeous little Cockapoo came in for her very first puppy groom and she did such an amazing job! 💖✨

First puppy grooms are so important because they help your pup get used to all the sights, sounds, and handling that come with grooming 🛁✂️ From the bath and dryer to having their paws touched and face trimmed, it’s all about building confidence and creating a positive experience from a young age 🐶💕

Cockapoos especially need regular grooming due to their curly, fluffy coats, which can quickly become tangled if not properly maintained 🪮🐾

Lady was such a brave little girl and took everything in her stride, we can’t wait to watch her grow up with us at Butterfly Pawz! 🌟

Tilly and Ted the adorable Pomeranians came in for their pamper session and honestly… could they be any cuter?! 😍💖

These two little fluffballs always brighten up the salon with their big personalities, wagging tails, and cloud-like coats ☁️🐶 After their groom they were looking fresh, fluffy, and totally ready to steal hearts everywhere they go! ✂️✨

💡 Pomeranian Fun Fact:
Pomeranians may be tiny, but they have huge personalities! Their thick double coats need regular brushing and grooming to keep them soft, healthy, and free from tangles 🪮🐾

Spring has officially sprung, which means longer walks, sunshine… and those pesky little seeds getting stuck in your dog’s fur 🌱🐶

✨ Spring Grooming Tip ✨
After walks, especially through grassy areas, always check your pup’s paws, ears, legs, and fluffy coats for grass seeds. They can easily get trapped in fur and may cause irritation if left unnoticed.

Keeping coats well brushed and regularly groomed can really help stop tangles and make those sneaky seeds easier to spot 👀🐾

🤍 Remembering Sunshine 🤍

Over the Christmas holidays, we received the very sad news that the beautiful Sunshine the Pomeranian has passed away.

Sunshine was always such a joy to have in the salon — full of character, sweetness, and that gorgeous Pom personality. She was truly loved by us all and will be missed more than words can say 🐾✨

Our hearts go out to Sunshine’s family at this incredibly difficult time. Thank you for trusting us with such a special little soul 🤍
