I would like to take this opportunity to advise you all that due to the ever increasing cost of water, energy and maintaining equipment, from the 1st January there will be a price increase of £3-£5 for everyone. I will message you all individually the week before your appointment to let you know your new price going forward.

I don’t often have a moan but this week has been terrible for last minute cancellations/ no shows. It’s Thursday and I’m on my 4th of the week!! I groom 4-5 dogs a day so it’s getting on for a days takings! I wonder how an employed person would feel getting to the end of the week and being told they are only being paid for 4 days instead of 5? Not only does this effect me financially, it is also a massive waste of my time, I can’t fill the appointment at such short notice, I’ve stopped taking on new customers for some time now despite getting daily enquiries because I’m full every day when someone doesn’t turn up that’s an appointment someone else could have had!

Happy new year!
I will be open again from tomorrow and currently fully booked until January 20th

I have delayed the inevitable for as long as I can but I have no choice but to increase my prices this year. All dogs are individually priced and the increase will be between £3-£5. If you would like to know your new price before your next appointment please let me know
