CANCELLATION POLICY 🚨Customers are required to pay for the full groom if an appointment is missed or if cancelled less than 48 hours notice. Customers should book their next groom in and the price will be deducted for the rearranged date. Please understand that any grooms cancelled with less than 48 hours notice results in my grooming day being messed up as I am on a tight schedule trying to fit all my customers in and also results in a lack of income.

If provided with 48 hours notice for cancellation I can then carry over the deposit to the next grooming session. A record will be made of this. Cancellations can be made easily by calling or texting me on 07496018080. If the cancellation is more than 48 hours' notice, then i can reschedule with 50% of the groom pre paid.

Any no shows that don’t pay and ask to book back in won’t be allowed back.
