More natural treats, more long-lasting chews, and apparently… a pig’s trotter that looks remarkably like my hand. 🤦‍♂️😂

🦔 Hedgehogs are waking up!

With the warmer weather this week, hedgehogs across the UK are starting to wake from their winter hibernation.

After months of sleeping they’re often very hungry and a bit underweight, and natural food like beetles and worms can still be quite scarce in early spring.

If you’re lucky enough to have hedgehogs visiting your garden, you can help by putting out:

🥣 Meaty hedgehog food or meaty cat/dog food
💧 Fresh water (very important!)
🚫 No milk or bread – it can make them poorly

A small dish tucked under a bush or in a hedgehog feeding station is perfect.

We’ve put our hedgehog food back on the shelves this week for anyone wanting to help their local wildlife 🦔
