Today we’re celebrating all the lovely senior cats and dogs who have filled our lives with years of love, loyalty, and unforgettable moments 🐶🐱
From gentle walks to cosy naps, from playful memories to comforting cuddles — our golden oldies are truly the heart of the family. 🐾
They may be a little slower these days, but they make up for it with even more love (and maybe a few extra naps too 💕).
✨ Here’s to all our senior stars — thank you for every tail wag, every purr, and every special moment you’ve given us. You really are the best.

Once our last patients have been discharged and the final consultation of the day is complete, things don't just stop there.

While the doors may be closed, our team is still hard at work:
📞 Telephoning owners to discuss test results
📝 Updating patient files and writing up the day’s notes
📨 Submitting referrals for patients needing specialist care
💊 Dispensing prescriptions
🧼 Cleaning and resetting consult rooms
🧴 Disinfecting our back stage areas, kennels, cattery, theatre, prep etc
🦷 Sterilising and preparing equipment
📦 Restocking supplies ready for the next day
📋 Preparing detailed handovers for the team coming in tomorrow
🧺 Completing the day’s laundry
☕ And very importantly… topping up the coffee machine ready for all our lovely clients in the morning!
It may look quiet from the outside, but there’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly and ensure every patient receives the very best care.
Because great care doesn’t end when we close 💙🐶🐱
