🎄 POLITE CLIENT NOTICE🎄

As we are now in the busy Christmas period, I kindly ask all clients to please arrive on time for both drop-off and collection. Unfortunately, For any late arrivals, I do not have any extra time to delay the next dog of the day, so I will not be able to carry out the groom and full payment will still have to be made. I do not have any appointments left to re-schedule any dates or times.

✨ Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a 50% charge.
❌ No-shows and same day cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will be charged the full appointment cost.

Christmas has arrived in the salon 🚂❄️ I am now fully booked for the year, if anyone needs to cancel their appointment please let me know as soon as possible, as I do have a waiting list 🗒️ I also do not have any alternative appointments to offer until January, if you do need to re-arrange 💙 thank you to all my clients for keeping me so busy 🐶✂️

❄️🎅🏻🎄Polite client notice regarding Christmas appointments🎅🏻🎄❄️

I am closed for Christmas from Saturday the 20th of December, and I will re-open on Monday the 5th of January. The remaining appointment dates I have left for December at the moment include: The 2nd to the 5th of December, or the 8th to the 11th of December. I am full beyond then, due to clients falling into their regular grooming schedule.
If you want to be put on the cancellation list for the week of the 15th of December please do let me know.

This is for my existing clientele only, as I am still unable to take on new clients at the moment 🐶
