We have all been to those meetings that could have been an email right? 🤣🤣

Jokes aside, we allocate rest time during the day to give dogs a chance to settle and recharge for the next activity - this little one decided enough was enough and he will just have a snooze where he is. Which is lovely, we strive to make dogs feel as at home as possible 🥰

Labradors are known for water loving and that’s no surprise as they are born to retrieve through water and across land.

It’s lovely to watch their natural born confidence in water and we are absolutely here for it 🐾

🥵 ☀️Something to do inside when it’s hot outside ☀️ 🥵

Teaching a dog to go around a barrel builds confidence going away from you and once you have it mastered create some distance. Once the weather has cooled down you can transfer it over to going round objects in the park OR continue through hoops in hoopers

Dachshunds love swimming because they’re naturally curious, energetic, and surprisingly fearless. Even with their tiny legs, many enjoy the water because it lets them burn energy and cool off while feeling weightless and free 🐾💦

We are teaching the dogs to search for KONG in a line search.

Sniffing / searching is amazing to work dogs brains and spends energy they haven’t been able to in this weather.

The dogs have to search methodically checking every item even after they have told us where the piece is.

Once dogs understand KONG is an easy setting we can make it trickier for the dog to find or put multiple out for the to look for.

Telling us where it is, is different to food searches where it’s self rewarding and we are enjoying teaching dogs new skills.

Hoopers is a low impact sport designed with dogs in mind, there are no sharp turns or jumps just thoughtful patterns going through hoops and around barrels. We have been teaching the dogs foundations and can’t wait to see them understand the game as they do more. Suitable for every breed size and ability using their brains and their legs to navigate new things with their handler

When searching for a daycare it can feel a little overwhelming. Lots of dogs, lots of chaos but looks fun? Would your dog enjoy that? Some do and thrive in that environment, some don’t. That’s ok too, we are here to provide thought out structure, up skill staff to be able to bring different activities into their day and truly fulfil your dogs needs whilst in our care. Tiring minds and not just physically.
