Cancelling appointments…

Yikes, a tricky thing to talk about.

Life is busy I get it! It gets in the way whether it’s work, sickness or just family life.

It’s unfortunately happening more often than I would like to be, for a small business like mine.
Missed appointments can be so detrimental for my small business.

So, that being said I require 50% of the groom to be paid before the appointment. (This is also non refundable)

Please provide atleast 48hours notice to cancel/rearrange appointments.

Please help keep my business going, it’s a dream job and I’d hate for it to disappear 🫣

Hi everyone
Just an update on my new shop!

A few pointers for coming in:

I’m right next door to vets4pets on the Leigh side of the London Road.

There’s bays you can pull into if you’re driving or free parking down the side roads. You can park in front of the shop but please let me know before you do!

Please allow time to get to your appointment on time. If you can get to me 5 mins before the set time that would be great, as we can talk about what you’d like your pup to look like!

Always give me a call or text if you might be running late so I can allocate sufficient time for your pups!

I’m open Monday to Friday with Saturday appointments on request!

Something a little different to my usual picture posts!
As I mention in the video, it’s important to check over your dogs in the summer months for grass seeds

Make sure you check daily after every walk to do with your pups as those pesky seeds can lodge themselves into places like the neck, nose, long ears and feet!

If you see one, simply just give it a pull and it should come out… ✅
If the grass seed has lodged itself into the skin, pop your pup down to the vet so they can safely remove it and clean the area ✅

As you can tell Milo was not a paid actor in the video… and definitely did not want anything to do with it 😂
