It is getting to that time of year when we need to start thinking about keeping out pets safe in the warm weather ☀️☀️

PLEASE avoid walking your dog during the peak times of the day - between 10am and 5pm - it is too hot and you run the extreme risk of heatstroke!

To keep your dogs safe, walk early in the mornings whilst it’s still cool, or in the evenings, try and have your pets avoid direct sunlight, ensure they have a cool spot to rest, cool mats, plenty of water and know the signs should they start to become unwell.

One missed walk isn’t going to kill your dog but by walking them in the extreme heat may have a detrimental impact !! Stay safe!!❤️☀️
