Flick’s and Sami’s equestrian backing and breaking service We are both lightweight adults, qualified and insured BHSAI’s, with plenty of experience in backing and breaking small ponies and horses.

Particularly specialising in cobs and native ponies and have an interest in dressage and showing.

This super 4 year old boy has been working hard on schooling livery with us the last 2 weeks. Yesterday his lovely Mum Emma had her first ride on him since he’s been staying with us and they both looked fab 🤩
Looking forward to watching them progress even more.

We love a before and after, a photo of Blue a few months ago before he came to us to be handled and gelded and a photo of him before he left to go home today.
Still plenty of maturing for this boy to do physically but what a change in a short space of time, he’s been very lucky to have owners that are happy to put as much time and money into him as needed to get him feeling his best ♥️
And his Dad had his first go at longreining him today 🤩

We had a huge amount of interest in the lovely Connemara filly, she has now gone off to her new home 🥰

Blue 🩵
This 3 year old c**t came to us to be handled and gelded a couple of months ago. He was starting to push the boundaries at home so needed a little bit of education on how to behave. We have started some long reining to keep his mind busy until he’s physically strong enough to be broken. His attitude has really changed and he’s now ready to go home for a while until he comes back to start his ridden career.

Townslandlorrha Derryclare looking for new 🏡

Class 1, 3 year old Connemara mare currently standing at 14hh.

Kind temperament and excellent breeding. A lovely model with correct conformation, good movement, and a sweet, willing attitude.

She is well handled, good to catch, lead, groom, load, and for the farrier. A sensible young mare with a genuine nature and plenty of potential for the future. She has been brought on slowly and correctly and is ready to continue her education in the right home.

Would excel as a future all-rounder, pony club pony or WHP.

No vices, and open to any viewing/vetting.
