Cancellations/ change of appointments must be made at least 48 hours before you’re due to come in regardless of the issue.
We have very limited availability before Christmas. Those who don’t give us 48hrs notice will not only be charged but will not get rebooked this side of Christmas.
We can not continue to run with so many cancellations/last min appt changes.
We have clamped down on this and charge fees, we have a scoring system for those repeat offenders but it’s not enough 😩
Two girls working today 2 cancellations before 10.30 is not on!

As you all know we don’t open Mondays unless absolutely necessary. On the lead up to Christmas we will be working the occasional Monday to ensure everyone gets groomed in time :)
Ella will be opening Monday 17th Nov. Please message us if you would like a space.
Please note these go quickly as Mondays are always a preferred day.

As you’ve probably seen over the last month we have a new groomer. Big welcome to Ella! She has come to us with plenty of experience in all breeds and has fitted in perfectly!
