They went with songs to the battle, they were young,

Straight of limb, true of eye, steady and aglow.

They were staunch to the end against odds uncounted;

They fell with their faces to the foe.

They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old:

Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.

I love my trips out to the forest! I'm at Hyde war memorial hall the second Wednesday of every month (appointments only). I had to take the long way round to avoid flooding and drove past this gorgeous pair!

Happy Monday everyone!! This is Skye having a good roll around on the floor! Her gastrointestinal and bladder issues have improved immensely on the herbs that she is taking - and as you can see she's very happy about it! ☺️🐾

So many retrivers so little time....

It's great to socialise your pup/dog, be careful not to make it overwhelming - we kept Nellie on her lead and stuck to the edge of the group.

There are lots of FB groups for various geographical areas/ dog breeds. This was a Hampshire Golden retriever meet up - our first and it was great fun!

A shout out to all the dog owners/walkers out there! It's a rather wild and windy afternoon! Remember if you have any oldies make sure to keep them warm with a suitable coat and dry them off well once they are home.

Finally conventional vet's seem to be catching up regarding the environmental impact of parasitic control.

Warning sounded after research led by Imperial College London academics reveals parasiticide chemicals in urban waterways at levels that can be toxic to aquatic species.
