✨Job available - Show Secretary / Admin ✨

We would like someone to provide efficient administrative and event support for our shows, ensuring smooth organisation, accurate records and excellent service to competitors, officials and visitors.

Main responsibilities:
📌Manage show entries and class schedules
📌Liaise with judges, stewards, volunteers and sponsors
📌Handle event-day administration: registration, scoring and results
📌Provide general office and customer service support, including phone/email enquiries
📌Assist with marketing, social media updates and sponsorship coordination
📌Manage diary and online bookings through ‘myshowsecretary’

Skills and experience:
📌Strong administration and organisational skills
📌Proficient in Microsoft Office and entry platforms (eg Myshowsecretary)
📌Excellent communication and attention to detail
📌Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
📌Background in equine industry would be preferred

This will be a part time hybrid position and the applicant would need to be available on all show days. May suit someone who would also be interested in some part time yard work.
