Resembling more of a snake than a fish, Reed Fish are a very unique species in the hobby as they are air breathing. This unusual species have lungs as well as gills which allow them to take in air from the water surface. Consuming worms and other small crustaceans, these fish are very interactive feeders and can be a quirky addition to larger freshwater aquariums.

Growing up to an impressive 60cm in length, this fully aquatic turtle uses its distinctive flippers to glide through rivers whilst foraging for vegetation, the odd insect or crustaecean.
