Hi Everyone,

A big thank you to everyone who has ordered from us over the past 9 months. I know I haven't been regularly posting on social media.

Last week, one of the orders we received was fairly large and they accidently didn't put their name, address, telephone number, or email on the order, so I have no way of contacting them or sending the order out. I have a name from the PayPal payment but I don't know if they are on Facebook or Instagram as they didn't show up under the 'followers' section when we looked.

Im hoping they will see this and get in touch ASAP as it will be 2 weeks on Tuesday, and I would love to get their order packaged up and posted.

Thank you again to everyone who orders - it means a lot to us.

Collected some Fagus Nut Husks and Acorn Caps out the forest today.

Dakota helped a little but enjoyed playing in the stream more. She slept all the way home.

I have been using Acorn Caps in my nano tank for the past few months, so we will be adding them to the website by the end of the week.

Hi Everyone!

Please note that no orders will be posted out between Saturday, 14th June - Sunday 6th July.

If you would like to make an order, please do so by 9am on Friday, 13th June, so that I get get it posted out to you.

I will then be starting to post out orders again on Monday, 7th July.

We will be getting some new stock in during the next few weeks 🤞 which I am looking forward to updating on the website in July.

Busy day -

I dropped Dakota at my mums to give me time to pop to the Garden Centre in Wilton and sort out the fish tank.

I managed to pick up a new internal filter from .aquatics.wilton for the scaper.

I chose the EcoFlow 60. It was very easy to install, and I liked how easy it was to adjust the flow speed.

While I was at the Maidenhead Wilton, I also picked up some bedding flowers for our raised bed from .wiltonhouse

Dakota loved helping me plant the flowers, and she proudly showed her big sister them when she got in from work.

Dakota was so tired from her day she fell asleep on the swivel chair, curled up with her Hiccup the Dragon, while I was busy upstairs, only a couple of hours before bedtime.

I'm so glad I got the scaper tank sorted. I also picked up some holiday food blocks for the fish, ready for when Dakota and I go away to Cornwall.

Hi Everyone

Thank you for your support over the past 20 weeks.

It is still hard to believe that it has been almost 20 weeks since James was taken from us.

I am now back to work (been back for the past 4 weeks), I have reduced my hours/days so that I can focus on Blackwater UK on Mondays while Dakota is at preschool.

Any orders will be made up and posted out on Mondays.

URGENT !!

Hi, does anyone have an Oase Filter in Southampton (near Lordshill/General Hospital) - be able to urgently help as my front room is alittle water logged after cleaning out the filter. I have obviously missed something.

UPDATE - ALL SORTED

It was a double issue! I hadnt put Pre-filter in properly, and I also hadn't clicked the back clip securely on the back of the main filter lid. So water was coming out from everywhere!

Must admit at one point I was a complete mess thinking James wouldn't have messed up this bad and flooded our carpet, I had to breathe and tell myself that 'I have got this and I can figure it out step by step'.

Big lessons learned but that's all part of the process - making mistakes is okay, just have to learn from them. 🍂🤎
