Hi everyone!
Hope you and your lovely pets are managing to stay cool and safe in this heat!

As you all know, I have been running introductory rates and the response has been amazing, thankyou!
However from October 2025 I am having to raise my prices slightly due to travel costs, ongoing training course costs and just the general cost of living really!

Please see below the updated price list effective for all bookings made from October onwards.

Any bookings confirmed before this date (Or previously confimed bookings) will still be honoured at the introductory price.

Thankyou all for the continued support!

☀️HOT WEATHER WARNING☀️

PLEASE make serious plans to protect all your animals whilst we have this very hot weather. Lots of rabbits will die because they’re being kept in hutches that will turn into ovens. It happens every year.

No rabbit should be living in a hutch anyway but regardless. Please do all you can to protect them.
The most effective thing to do would be to:

• bring them indoors, into a room with closed/black out curtains

• give them ice packs/frozen bottles wrapped in a towel or with socks covering them

• fans (but be mindful of wires)

• If you’re at work then leave multiple water BOWLS. No rabbit that is hot wants to mess around with a water bottle

• place ceramic tiles that have been refrigerated dotted around for them to lie on to keep cool

If you cannot bring them indoors for safety or group size reasons etc then please:

• shade the area they live in well. Put up white sheets to create better shade not black or dark fabric

• provide ice packs/frozen bottles

• provide ceramic tiles that have been refrigerated but place these in the shaded areas

⚠️🐇It is very important that you keep a very close eye on your rabbits during the hot weather as rabbits go down very quickly. Signs for dehydration, fatigue, panting, drooling, weakness, disorientation, very hot and red ears need to be monitored and if you notice your rabbit is behaving out of character or having any of these symptoms they need to be assessed by your vet asap for suspected heat stroke 🐇⚠️

Stomach Pressing is such an important behaviour to be aware of as it signals stomach pain linked with GI stasis, blockages and/or bloat.

Stomach pressing is when your rabbit repeatedly presses their belly against the ground and gets up again, shifting uncomfortably and seeming restless. It's one of those behaviours that looks not quite right when you are used to rabbits, but if you've no experience you might not realise what it is.

I’m posting this to make sure everyone knows that it's one of those things that if you spot, you need to be reaching out to your vet straight away.🐾
