In the new year I am unfortunately going to have to have a cancellation policy in place. Being a small business owner and having a family to provide for I can't afford to not do this.
Thankyou to everyone who has been and supported me so far and I hope it continues to grow 🐾

I am very lucky in that this is something I'm very rarely faced with🙏 So this is more a friendly reminder to my client base rather than a moan;

I just wanted to politely reiterate to all, that below is my cancellation / no show policy & I will be getting more sharp with implementing it as we enter 2025. (This also applies to clients that are friends & family.)

Holly at Bubble & Bark dog grooming also runs off the same policy & I will be supporting her in implementing this. Bubble & Bark is still very much a new venture for Holly & unfortunately this is something she is experiencing a lot of.

Please show support by giving us as much notice as possible for reschedules and cancellations!
