I’m back at work today. I know a few people didn’t put their next appointment in when after the last one so if that’s you drop me a message or text to get booked in. For my clients that put the full years appointment in if I haven’t text you with your appointments

🐕 To all my clients 🐕
From the 1st of September there will be a slight price increase of £2.

This decision has not been made lightly, and I have put it off for as long as I can.

With the rising cost of grooming products it has to be done as I can’t keep absorbing the price rises as I have not had an increase for 4 years

Good morning. As a lot of you know who had appointments this week, my mam had a pretty bad accident at the beginning of week. I would like to thank you all for your understanding for being so flexible for me. I know this time of year is busy for everyone. The next coming weeks are going to be quite busy and hectic for me looking after my mam after and working. All I ask is for your patients if I have to cancel or rearrange your appointment at short notice.

Polite notice

I have had environmental officers here today They have had a complaint that one of my clients has left the salon and let the dog foul on the grass opposite the salon. If your dog fouls outside, I have always got poo bags in the salon in case you haven’t got one. The officers also said they have been over and check the area and didn’t find anything so maybe it’s just a complaining neighbour but have to check it out

🐕Price increase 🐕

I have held off doing this as long as possible, but there will be a small price increase from the 1st of September £2 per dog. This is to cover equipment,products and energy bills which I’ve gone up significantly over the last months.

🐕Cancellation and no-show policy🐕

If you cancel your appointment before 24 hours there is a £15 cancellation fee if I cannot fill your appointment.
If you don’t show up for your appointment The full price of the groom will be charged which has to be paid before your booked back in.

If you pay by bank transfer can you please make sure you pay on the same day as your groom as it messes my booking app up please.
