If you cancel your appointment more than 3 days (72 hours) before your scheduled time and have paid in full, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. Client Spotlight 🐾

Barking and Lunging towards other dogs was a daily battle that Anna struggled with and it was taking the enjoyment out of walking Hugo. Even at a large distance, Hugo would react to the sight of other dogs and become very difficult to manage.

In this training session, we taught Hugo how to relax in the presence of another dog. This is massive progress for Hugo, and we look forward to seeing him soon for his top up socialisation sessions, where we will work on getting him a little closer to other dogs.

Anna reached out to us shortly after adopting Hugo, looking for support with leash pulling and some dog-to-dog reactivity challenges.

Over the past few sessions, our focus has been on building strong foundations — helping Hugo learn to walk calmly on the leash and improving his engagement with Anna. The progress so far has been fantastic, and it’s clear how much effort Anna is putting into their training.

Next up, we’ll begin working more specifically on Hugo’s reactions around other dogs, continuing to build his confidence and focus in more distracting environments.

Meet Woody and his owner Gaile 👏

Woody is a big, strong boy, and walks had become stressful and unenjoyable due to heavy pulling and reactivity towards other dogs. On top of that, Woody also struggled with biting and nipping both at home and on walks, as well as separation anxiety that led to complaints from neighbours and damage around the house.

Through consistent training, we focused on building clear leadership, improving Gaile’s confidence, and putting the right structure in place. Alongside tailored techniques, this has helped Woody feel more secure, calm, and understood.

We’re pleased to say Woody is making fantastic progress across all areas — his behaviour at home is improving, his anxiety is reducing, and he’s becoming much more settled overall.

For now, we wanted to highlight just how far his walking has come. As you can see in the video, Woody is now walking calmly on the lead with a lovely heel position — a huge transformation from where he started.

We’re incredibly proud of both Woody and Gaile for the consistency and dedication they’ve shown to achieve this progress 🐾
