Ridings Equine Vets is a 100% mobile dedicated equine veterinary service based on the borders of north, east and west Yorkshire. Fully mobile, all examinations can be performed on your own premises, including lameness workups, minor surgery, and treatments. The practice was started by Jenny Staddon BVSc certAVP(EP) MRCVS who formerly worked at Ledston Equine Clinic, Castleford. Jenny is an experie

nced equine vet having worked in three previous equine only practices. She is a Yorkshire Lass originally from Doncaster and has owned and bred horses for many years. Jennys aims are to provide horse owners with a top quality service for their horses in their own environment.

Now that the summer heat is disappearing and the flies are starting to hibernate, we have decided it would be a good time to run a Castration Clinic 🍒 The dates reserved are the 1st and 2nd October at our clinic in Lumby. We are offering a reduced fee of £200 for standing castrations. Please note that if your c**t isn't up to date with his tetanus vaccines, there will be an additional fee to pay for an antitoxin injection. This is beautiful! We try our best to avoid mares having twins as unfortunately statistically both foals are very unlikely to survive and those that do often have many issues, plus the risk to the mare is increased. So to see two twins looking so healthy is marvellous, and even more special that they’re spotty ❤️ making me broody 🤣
