🎄🐾 It’s Christmas Chaos Season… and We Need Your Help! 🐾🎄

December is officially silly season in the salon — the time of year when every pup wants to look fabulous for Santa! To keep things running smoothly (and keep us groomers from turning into tangled tinsel), we’d really appreciate your help with a few things:

🎅 ⏰ Be on time for drop-offs and pick-ups
We know it’s a busy month, but arriving on time helps us keep every dog looking their festive best without rushing. Late pick-ups can cause a domino effect… and not the fun kind that ends in pizza 🍕

🎅 🚶‍♂️ Pre-appointment wee breaks
Please give your dog a quick toilet break before coming in. We love your pups, but we definitely don’t love surprise “Christmas gifts” left on the salon floor. 😉

🎅 📅 24-hour cancellation policy
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 24 hours beforehand. December appointments are like gold dust — last-minute gaps are tough to fill.

🎅 💅 Walk-in nail trims are still available!
You’re welcome to pop in for nails, but please be patient — the salon may be busy and there could be a short wait while we juggle the Christmas madness.

These aren’t just December rules — they help us all year round — but during the festive rush they make a HUGE difference in keeping the salon happy, calm, and running smoothly.
