‼️Cancellation policy reminder‼️

I do have a previous post pinned to the top of the page with this on.

If you wish to cancel an appointment 48 hours notice is needed. If that is not given half of the service charge must be paid. Anything less than 24 hours notice requires FULL payment of the appointment. This will need clearing before any future appointments can be made with us.

We also ask for a £10/15 booking fee to secure new customers appointments just to show your genuine

I understand things come up but I need to protect my business and pay my bills, you wouldn’t like to turn up to work and be told your not getting paid
