We’re sad to share that after 3 wonderful years Nicky will be leaving Gallipots on 11th June as she returns to hairdressing full time. She’s has been a huge part of our grooming team on her Mondays and Thursdays with us and we know many of you will want to wish her well before she goes.

This means we’re now looking for an experienced Dog Groomer to join our friendly, supportive team in South Cave.

✔️ 2+ years grooming experience
✔️ Strong scissor & clipper skills
✔️ Level 2 C&G (Level 3 preferred)
✔️ Cat grooming experience a bonus
✔️ 4‑day or 5‑day week available

With temperatures set to reach 30°C and above, we want to make sure every dog visiting us stays comfortable and safe throughout their appointment.

🌿 Customer Parking On‑Site
You can park right behind the shop, meaning your dog won’t need to walk far in the heat. Quick in, quick out, keeping the risk low for your dog’s paws.

❄️ Air‑Conditioned Salon
Our grooming salon will be kept cool throughout the day, so your dog can relax in a comfortable, temperature‑controlled environment from the moment they arrive.

Your dog’s wellbeing is always our priority, and we’ll be keeping everything calm, cool, and stress‑free during the warm spell.

We are trying our best to fit in appointments for those of you who don’t book at the time of your last appointment. We can always ensure we have the dates and times you’d like if you do book in 4 to 8 weeks in advance.
