This lovely girl was in for a trial day today and smashed it! So she’ll be joining us next week whilst her family goes on holiday for some training. We do try to insist on trial days for all dogs to ensure they are happy and settled in the environment. Going in to kennels when they are used to pet life can be difficult and isn’t suited to every dog! The idea here is that they have so much fun and interaction that the kennels becomes a quiet place they can relax with a chew and let the day sink in. With only one other kennel they can get some real respite and don’t have to contend with a busy environment with lots of noise and other dogs.

Look at this absolutely stunning boy 😍 he’s here until Friday for Board and Train whilst his family are moving house! Working on impulse control, confidence and lead walking. First session done and he is SUCH a nice dog. Looking forward to our week together!

Lincoln’s here for an overnighter! We currently have sheep in the paddock, so along with lead walks he’s gone to a secure paddock this morning for some off lead time 😍

Tollymore Bespoke Boarding is a licensed, small-scale outdoor boarding and training facility based in Somerset.

With only two purpose-built kennels, capacity is intentionally limited to ensure a calm, controlled environment and genuine individual attention for each dog in our care. We prioritise structure, consistency and thoughtful management over volume.

Unlike many traditional boarding kennels where dogs may spend most of their stay confined to kennel runs with only short periods in an attached pen, dogs at Tollymore benefit from individual handling, structured exercise and enrichment appropriate to the individual.

Every stay includes a tailored care approach, structured daily routine and careful compatibility assessment. Our experience handling both straightforward family companions and higher-drive or more demanding breeds allows us to provide professional, confident oversight in a balanced countryside setting.

Board & Train stays are available for owners seeking improved obedience, engagement, recall, heelwork or sports foundations, as well as mild behavioural clarity work.

Exclusive sole-occupancy stays are available on request.
