Fun evening with everyone at Top Dogs - Out & About on Wednesday evening.

We have a few dog-dog reactive dogs on this course but we were so chuffed how the session went, riding on a train together and visiting the skate park at Tudor Grange Park.

This is only week 4 and they have already become so much more confident around each other and the split focus of having other things to concentrate on like canine parkour and the train ride has definitely helped.

Sign up at www.animalkind.uk for some fun & frolics (and some learning…🤪) at Puppy Socialisation every Friday at Vets4Pets, Solihull above Pets at Home from 1-2pm. These pups, Penny, Bo and Loki had a great time and it’s a positive way for them to socialise and learn some basic handling skills when they are only partially vaccinated. Our new 8 week Tweenies course started well last week and it was soooo lovely being outside for the first time this year. What an amazing new bunch of dogs we had too. 8 new dogs - some Young Pups graduates and some newbies who want to refresh their training and have some fun on a Wednesday evening.

Looking forward to seeing this little cutie again today. Meet English Bulldog pup, Bo who came to our Puppy Socialisation session at Vets4Pets, upstairs at Pets at Home last week. We hold these sessions for partially-vaccinated pups every Friday at 1-2pm. Each session is £20 and can be booked on its own or as part of a block of 3. Penny is coming back after being away for a couple of weeks and new pup Loki will be joining us for some socialisation and to learn some key handling techniques and lots of hot tips for enrichment and toy play. Fancy advancing your obedience & socialisation and learning some new tricks and basic agility? Come and join us at our next Tweenies & Rescues 8 wk course at Solihull Riding Club at 18.30pm from Wednesday April 30th. Our current dogs are smashing it with their crawls under jumps (good practice for when you are on a walk and need to get them under a fence if there is no stile), eye-contact, lead walking and clicker training, and paws up onto objects to improve confidence, learn some cues that can be adapted to natural obstacles on your walks like tree stumps and fallen logs AND to have fun with your dogs 🐶 🐕

Well done to all our recent Young Pups graduates and great progress to those in our current course. 👏 We have a new 8 week Young Pups Obedience & Socialisation course starting on Tuesday 29th April at 6.20pm at the Oliver Bird Hall in Solihull. Book online at www.animalkind.co.uk to train your puppy (up to 6 months old) in lead walking, recall, sit, lie down plus many more behaviours. Little & Large dogs all took part at WOOFS 2025 and took home a Bonio medal 🥇 like Gizmo when they did our have-a-go agility round 👏
