THANK YOU 🥰

I’ve had a very worried cat mum this past week. Her sweet girl had to go in for a dental, and understandably she was beside herself with worry. The last time she went through this—twice, with two different cats—both of them sadly passed away straight after their procedures. 🥲

So this time, her fear was real, deep, and completely valid.
I just want to say: it’s okay to be scared. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed when your pet is unwell. As a pet owner myself, I COMPLETELY understand the stress and anxiety that comes with having a sick animal—especially when you’ve already lived through not just one, but two traumatic experiences.

I’m not only here to transport pets and their owners where they need to go… I’m also here to listen. To reassure. To simply be present when someone needs a moment to breathe and share their worries. ❤️

Sending love to all the pet parents out there who carry so much in their hearts for their furry family members. You’re never alone in it. 🐾💕

🌳🌲Why have I got a picture of a tree on this page?

🧐Let me tell you

🖌️👩‍🎨 I’ve got some hardcore renovations/decorating/DIY going on at the weekends

📊I’m talking full on site meetings between me and the Mr, including grown up sons, the dogs and even the cats get a stern talking to about the new stairs carpet 🐈

🛑No scratching

Anyway I’ve digressed

🩺So I’m picking up this fake tree (thanks to Facebook market place, resell and reuse saves landfill) because I manage to kill EVERY single plant I buy

🚗My other car is a Fiat 500, so a 6ft fake fig tree is not going to fit

🚕Off I go in the taxi

I park right outside

The lady selling the tree says

💬My sister lives in Leicester and has 4 cats who she struggles to get to the vet (literally every conversation I ever have in life)

Which it is and very needed

This month, Pets 2 Places turns 11 — and what a journey it’s been!

In 2012, I found myself widowed, raising three children (one with additional needs), and facing an uncertain future.

📱 Armed with a £10 Nokia and a stack of leaflets, I started a small idea in Milton Keynes — one that became a lifeline for me and countless pet owners.

🥳 What began as Pets2vets is now Pets 2 Places — a thriving, award-winning pet taxi service, expanding nationwide and beyond.

We’ve even branching into pet transport products and championing safer pet travel legislation.

Pets 2 Places isn’t just a business.

First off we are focusing our adverts in the following areas;

- Nottingham
- Solihull
-Southampton/Bournemouth
- SW London

Thats not to say we are not looking for franchisees elsewhere, but these are the areas we have the most amount of customers waiting/get the most calls from

Need about another 150 responses on this to give a clear over view

Having looked at the data so far, it clearly indicates a need for more education around pets being transported

The data in this report helps me to prove the government need to step up and get on board with educating the nation on this subject

Every single person who fills in this completely anonymous questionnaire contributes to the future of pets being transported safely

I was talking to my son at the weekend about buying and selling cars

No matter how many times I've said, not to keep swapping cars, because he has lost so much money

He's had to learn this valuable life lesson on his own

Now 15k, down the drain and owing money on a car he doesn't even have anymore

He's finally learned

Its been hard as a parent to sit back and watch him waste so much of his hard earned money, but 8 cars and 5 years later

He's got it

4 years ago I paid 15k for a car, that car is now worth around 10k

So yes I have lost 5k, but then in my world a car is an asset not a liability

So I might be 5k down

But I'm over 100k up on what that car has earned me

interested to turn you 15k into over 100k?
