Eeek - Steph had a sit on our first homebred today 😍 it’s a long 4 years to wait for this moment (well 5 if you include the gestation!) but it’s so worth the wait. Daphne (WGS A Day To Remember) gave a really lovely feeling and looking very exciting for the future 👌🏼

Her half sister, Saphaïa (WGS Smashin’ Pumpkins) is off for backing at the end of the month and we’re super excited! 🤩

Please could we remind everyone to pick up droppings in the arena 🙏🏼 we have had a couple hires in the last few weeks where people have not picked up their droppings, and it’s getting increasingly frustrating. Not only is it not fair for the next person, but it’s also disrespectful towards our beautiful facilities that we love to share with you all.

If for whatever reason the poo bin is full, please leave your droppings in the scooper and drop us a message to let us know.

Just a PSA that the arena poo bin still exists; it’s now stationed next to the poles. We got fed up with our 12-year-old horse (who should know better at that age), who, despite competing in some of the biggest and grandest arenas in the country, refuses to go past it every time Steph rides 😂

First trip off site in nearly a year, completed ✅️

Very nearly didn't come to fruition thanks to a valve going on my trailer tyre, which didn't show until I dragged it out minutes before we were meant to load up. Queue my amazing landlord and lady (and dad!) doing an F1 style pitstop tyre diagnostics and change!

Rosa was a star today, looking after me as I am so very rusty after my 3-4 month break from my broken ankles! She's such a superstar, even at such a low mileage she takes absolutely everything in her stride. Doubled up with the super chilled and quiet atmosphere at Webbs Green Stables, it was a superb boost for us both to get back into the groove of things.

Also big thank you to my dad for joining me, he would be bloody useless if I needed a ground person or any form of help. But he is trying his best to be a pony dad, and that's all that matters. And is the reason I have *some* footage to look back on from today, albeit a lot more of the sky, but again, it's the thought that counts!

(I will not respond to accusations I am a member of the three blind mice, try working outdoors in gloom for months on end then have glorious sun! 😅)
