*SALON UPDATE & BOOKINGS*

Hi everyone,
Some of you will already be aware, but I will be taking some time off in the next few weeks, so that my partner and I, can welcome and settle into a new routine with our new four legged little girl! 🐾🐶🦮

I would also like to take the opportunity to urge everyone that is on a regular grooming schedule, to please make sure they have at least two grooming appointments booked with myself, as my diary is already solidly booked up until mid July and is continuing to book up very fast. I would hate for anyone to miss out, so please begin thinking ahead, for your pup’s next grooming appointments in advance.

❄️*SALON CLOSURE/HOLIDAY CLOSURE*❄️

It’s that time of year again. Ski season! ⛷️🏔️🎿

As many of you are aware by now, I love a good skiing holiday! And in typical “me” fashion, the salon will be closed from 28th February until 7th March whilst I enjoy a week of the 3 S’s:
Sun, Snow and Skiing!

Any and all messages, calls etc. will be replied to upon my return to work on Monday 9th March.

📌NOTICE OF PRICE INCREASE📌

As of 1st February 2026 there will be a price increase for grooming services at The Canine Cabin.

Despite all efforts to keep grooming costs down, this increase is necessary to cover the multitude of running costs needed, in order to run the salon and to continue providing the highest quality service I can provide to you all. Some of these running costs include cost of products, servicing of all equipment and tools, basic utilities as well as all other costs.
I have tried for the most part, to keep my grooming costs down, for some, meaning that grooming prices have not risen since my move, however I can now no longer sustain this, without having a price increase.

My top priority, as always, is to ensure that I am providing my upmost best quality services and that your gorgeous pups are well looked after and cared for whilst within my care. This will of course continue throughout the whole of my services!

As always, I greatly appreciate everyone’s support and encouragement and am immensely thankful to all of you for trusting me with your amazing pups!

❄️*SALON NOTICE - SNOW/WEATHER❄️

Hi everyone, I hope you have all had a lovely time over the Christmas and New year break! The salon is now back up and running this week, but please take extra care when traveling to and accessing the salon, due to snow and possible ice.❄️

The main road through Snainton (the A170) is still clear and usable (so far) so shouldn’t cause any problems however, please take care when turning onto Station Road as this road is a little more snow covered. With further snow fall expected throughout the week, please also allow plenty of time to get to your appointments and plan for slower traffic and possible longer traveling times due to the snow.

Please also take care when accessing the salon via the walkway/path. This has been cleared of snow and gritted however, there is still a chance that it could be a little slippery/icy in places.

✨🎁Christmas 2025 is now wrapped! 🎁✨

A huge thank you to all of my amazing clients for trusting me with your previous pooches once again this year!
I couldn’t continue with this career that I love without your support, encouragement and patronage, so I am forever grateful to you all for helping me to continue this amazing journey!

Thank you also for all of the wonderful, cards, gifts and well wishes I have received throughout the festive season. You have all spoilt me rotten! A huge thank you to everyone!

The salon will now be closed until 5th January but, I will still be reachable through the usual methods, if anyone does need to get a hold of me before then.

I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas spent with all of your friends, families and pooches. I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year and starting 2026 off in the best way I know how - covered in dog hair and surrounded by lovely furry faces!
