Spent the weekend pet sitting this family of 4šŸ„° itā€™s been a dream!
Lovely village with amazing animals, theyā€™re all so sweet in their little ways. Mary, Paddy and I had a lovely little walk this morning before it gets too warm ā˜€ļø Paddy and I then walked again, so heā€™s very well exercisedļæ¼ before his owner gets home later šŸ™ŒšŸ» and so am IšŸ¤£

Oh, to be a proud doggy mum šŸ¤©šŸ¾

Frank is 3 years old, and heā€™s very aware of his surroundings. If he realises heā€™s out of sight, he knows to slow down and check back in.
And if he does divert a little, one small whistle and heā€™s straight back into view.

Thank you for all the walks this week! Itā€™s been a busy onešŸ¤©

After Iā€™m finished walking, I like to catch up with the owners and send them all photos/videos of their dogs that I captured that day
I admit Iā€™ve been a little slack this week!
Not because Iā€™ve forgotten, but because a little someone has been taking up a lot of my time at home, keeping me on my toes!

Charlie is a very excited boy who loves being out and about! Our focus with him is helping him become more engaged with his handler and encouraging him to check in more, even when there are exciting distractions around.

Solo walk with Angus today! šŸ¾

Angus is dog-reactive, and we came across a few dogs on our walk today. Being dog-reactive doesnā€™t automatically mean a dog is aggressive. In Angusā€™s case, his reactions actually seem to come from excitement and a desire to play. We will continue to work on staying calm on our next few walks!šŸ’š

Super proud of Ted today! He is quite a nervous dog, itā€™s taken a while to be able to handle him. This means he wouldnā€™t allow me to put his collar and harness on to go for a walk, building that little bit of trust is a massive step for Ted
Today I placed his collar on, he came up for a stroke, happy boy when I entered the house. And I was able to take off his collar and harness when we got back
Weā€™ve still got a lot to work on but massive creds to the owner for booking weekly slots this really helps the nervous dogs understand what happens when I walk in the house. Itā€™s so important to not give up because your dogs takes a little more time than others
