It's cow parsley season, lots of verges full of pretty white blooms! Cow parsley is a tasty snack for equines reminiscent of carrots, identified by its celery like stem and very slight purple hue on the left and not to be mistaken for the poisonous hemlock on the right with thick green stems and generalised purple blotches. We had our first 2 re-weighs today. Both horses are experiencing metabolic issues and to see they’d BOTH lost weight was great- one had lost 28kg in 6 weeks.
Seeing how pleased and motivated the owners were to keep up their hard work , was exactly why we started to offer this service. Well done guys 👏🏽👏🏽
