Holly is still missing. I am really grateful for everyone's concern and help over the past week. I am absolutely inundated with message (mostly nice, some not so!) And I just can't reply to all of them. Of course, if there is anything to say I will post, otherwise, there is no further news 💔


Holly has gone missing from our new home between Hebden and Grassington on Saturday 29th June. She's 14, pretty deaf and not great eye sight either! If anyone is in that area walking or lives near, sees or hears anything about her please let me know

Its been a while and some things have changed at Dogsbody groom room.
Thought it would be nice to show some faces to the names and a bit about us.

I'm Emma (blonde) I'm the owner of the salon and have run the business since 2008. I have lived and breathed dog grooming ever since, with the slight sideline of raising my 4 boys. My 2 old cockers are now 12 and 14 years so sleep all day but spaniels are still my absolute thing, I love grooming them 😍 I work Mondays and Thursdays with some additional days adhoc.

Chloe has been working alongside me since 2017 making her a very familiar face at Dogsbody. She came with a wealth of dog grooming knowledge, having worked at a busy salon in Leeds for 7 years and has developed her skills further in the 7 years she's been here. Chloe works Wed, Thurs, Fri and alternate Saturdays.

Emma (aka Emma red) started at Dogsbody doing work experience in 2019 alongside her dog grooming course. Then came to join us permanently in 2021. She has been such a wonderful asset to the salon and loves the dogs she works with! As of August will be working Mon, Tues, Wed.

Helen is our newest member. But she's not new to dog grooming, working in America, then here in the UK for the past few years. She has 13years experience and already I love how she chats away to the dogs on the table 😁 she's so good at putting nervous dogs at ease. Helen will be working every Saturday and alternate tues/Fri.

I've been so quiet on the socials recently. I can only really blame real life, busy living it and time just disappears! Busy grooming dogs, running behind the scenes of the Dogsbody groom room, chasing around after young children and generally chasing my tail and feeling like nothing gets done. But here we are, made it to another years end. Thank you to all our customers and friends for another year in business. We love you and your doggies 🐕 😍
