*you can collect/check out in the afternoon however you will need to book the room until the next day and charges will apply

Monday to Saturday 12midday - 4pm
Sunday 12midday - 2pm

CLOSED BANK HOLIDAYS

If your doggo will be using our daycare facility during his holidays you are welcome to drop off at daycare anytime from 7.30am (Monday to Friday) as long as your dog has had a successful assessment with us with that last 6months 😁

We’ve introduced these new “hotel-style” times earlier this year as we are expanding so we want to make sure your pets always have their booked room available when dropping off ❤️

If you made your booking with us before the change (7th Jan 25) we will honour our original check in times where at all possible, (our check out times have not changed Monday-Saturday with this update but have changed by 1 hour Sundays), please message or call with any questions ❤️ xx

🐶✨ He’s been super confident, made lots of new friends, and especially loved spending time with Duggy the schnauzer!

💚 From chasing around inside the playroom to exploring the paddock outside, Lennox has had the best time today 💖🌿

📞 Want your dog to join the fun? Send us a message or give us a call to book their trial day. Puppies are welcome as soon as they’ve completed their vaccination course which will need to include the kennel cough vaccine too! 🐕💫

The Upholland kennels team has lost another special member 😞

We are heartbroken to share that Kiko sadly passed away on Friday. 💔

Kiko was one of our manager Becky’s German shepherds and was a big part of life here at Upholland and many of you will recognise her from spending her days in daycare and also helping with new dog assessments in daycare in more recent times. She was such a special girl and will always be remembered. Miss you Kiko 💚🐾

We’re always striving to make your pets’ stay with us as smooth and stress-free as possible. After listening to your feedback, we’re delighted to announce a change to our Sunday opening hours for the kennels and cattery

✨ New Sunday Times ✨

🐾 Check-Outs: 10:00am – 12:00pm
🐾Check-Ins: 12:00pm – 2:00pm

This means you can once again check your pets in on Sundays, with clear times to make things easier for everyone.
Thank you for your continued support, we can’t wait to welcome your pets as always 🥰🐾💚

Please note: these new times are with IMMEDIATE EFFECT and will apply to bookings already made with us.

If you have a current booking with us and would like to change to a Sunday check in or have any other questions regarding these new times, please don’t hesitate to message or call us 🐾💌📞
