Tonight I went and picked up our sweet girl. Poor Matthew was all confused and went "oh no, why did they melt her 🥺" the innocence of children is just so heartwarming🩷🐶

I will aim to reply to all messages by tomorrow but please note it may not be till the evening so please refrain from messaging me multiple times across different platforms x

I’d also really appreciate a little patience with messages. I know I haven’t been as on the ball lately, but there are some personal matters happening behind the scenes that I haven’t shared publicly. I’m working through messages as quickly as I can.

Please also keep an eye on dates when I reply. I have had messages I’ve responded to have been read but not replied to. This can hold up other appointments and prevent me from offering those dates and times to someone else.

Going forward, appointments will need to be confirmed within 24 hours of my reply, otherwise the slot will be offered to the next person.

Tonight we have had to put our family dog down of 15 years. Please bare with me at this difficult time as this was not something we saw happening at all.

Please hug your furbabies extra tight, give them that extra treat, break the rule of "no dogs on the sofa or bed", give them all that undivided attention as you never know when the last time will be.

Hello lovely people!

Sorry for neglecting my page recently and I haven't got round to posting any dates!
I am on annual leave this week and I was meant to be next week too, so bare with me on this! I have had problem after problem and thing after thing going wrong, so to say January just wasn't my month is an understatement of the already short year!
Changes will be being made, so keep an eye out for that too! & I thank you all for your patience with me lately as my head has been so all over the place but I hope to see your beautiful babies in asap!🩷

I have no more appointments until after Christmas now. Please could I ask that you are on time for appointments, as I am fully booked and don't have the space to adjust and move people before Christmas. I know I have also said before, but if your dog is matted or has fleas, please can you let me know beforehand.

Also, my card machine is down! (Love that at the busiest time of year 😂)!
